Human Resource Generalist
Location: On-site Madison, WI
Reports to: Administrative Manager

Job Description:
- Support the Human Resources department by onboarding new employees and ensuring a seamless integration
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires including scheduling orientations and preparing onboarding materials
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and filed appropriately
- Assist with the orientation and training of new employees, providing them with essential information about company policies and procedures
- Maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
- Assist in preparation of reports related to HR metrics and employee performance
- Serve as point of contact for new hires and existing employees regarding HR-related inquiries
- Foster a positive and welcoming environment for new employees
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the facility
- Assist in maintaining compliance with food safety standards
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and managing correspondence
Qualifications:
- AA/AS – Human Resources or related discipline
- 3-5 years relevant HR Generalist experience that must include onboarding experience
